Strengthening the Coordination of Research Infrastructures
MALDIBANK’s mission
MALDIBANK advances microbial research by providing global, cloud-based access to 100,000 MALDI-TOF reference profiles. Using Deep Learning, this project aims to tackle antimicrobial resistance, support environmental monitoring, and improve food security.
EMBRC’s role in MALDIBANK
In this project, EMBRC provides support stakeholders and users engagement. The infrastructure will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing synergies within and outside the MALDIBANK consortium.
